Veo 3.1

Veo 3.1 · the arithmetic
the unit$3.84 per generation · Flora's usage budget is denominated in dollars, not credits: Starter is $18/seat/month and includes $18 of usage per seat, Pro $50 for $50, Max $200 for $200. A dollar of budget therefore costs a dollar and there is nothing to convert. On-demand spending above the budget is charged at the same published rates with no markup. A launch bonus running through 30 September 2026 adds $12/seat on Starter, $50 on Pro and $100 on Max; the unbonused rate is the one used here.
the meter1 generation at default settings (720p, 8s), priced in dollars; duration and resolution move the price
the sumFlora offers this model at three durations only - 4s $3.36, 6s $3.60, 8s $3.84 at 720p (4K: $5.28 / $5.52 / $5.76) - and 5, 10 and 15 seconds are not among them. The three measures are therefore left empty rather than interpolated: the price does not scale linearly with duration here, so no honest 5-second figure can be derived.
the verdictFAIR · middle third for this operation
the catchTHE 5/10/15 BOXES ARE EMPTY BECAUSE FLORA DOES NOT SELL THOSE DURATIONS, not because the price is unknown: the longest single generation is 8 seconds, at $3.84. That is twelve times what the same 8 seconds costs on Google's own Gemini API ($0.40/second at 720p and 1080p, so $3.20 - Flora is 20% above it) once audio is counted, and the gap is the clearest argument in the file for reading the service column before the model column. Flora is the counter-example to Higgsfield: the same kind of business - a canvas that resells other people's models - but it publishes the dollar cost of every generation, so the entry needs no assumption at all.
